One day when I was checking my inbox I came across this message from Peter the groom to be;
“Hey Lee are you free on the 2nd of February, I know this is last minute notice but we just came back from Laos. We are trying to organise everything in 2 weeks. We had a look at your website we love the colours and the contrast! we love your style and we want you to be our wedding photographer.”

On our first meeting Vat said to me “ Lee, I really like your works, The colours of the photographs! Peter and I work in the industry and we want our photos to be different.” I soon learned that Vat & Peter (Bride and groom) were CEO & Art Director of Chillax Productions in Laos.
At L . E . E I believe that every couple is unique in their own way, I prefer to shoot candid shots because to me that’s where true beauty lies.
Of course most clients choose famous locations (Wedding Photog hotspots) for their location shoot, but I can guarantee that I have and never ever will duplicate a shot that I did for a previous client. Why ? because 1. that is not how I operate 2. I believe that everyone should be different and rock their own style.

I explained to Vat and Peter that on the day, the might see me taking unusual pictures of things, but It would pan out great when they looked through my arrangements. I asked Peter if he any questions, He just smiled and said “Not at all Lee, Vat my fiance just wants her photos to look beautiful, be different and stand out. I trust you to deliver, but I am worried about the Videography part.” I told him not to worry, and that he was in the good hands of Andy (Head of Soulstory). Peter never heard of Soulstory before, but after showing him a few of Soulstory’s highlights Peter was sold. “Awesome Lee! now we know we’ve got the professionals for our wedding!” Peter said.

After I finished shooting the rings, I turned to Peter and he tells me “Lee! I don’t want too many photos of me getting ready.” I asked “Why not ?”

He replies with a big smile, “Just joking! haha haha haha”
